Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

Your son has suffered injury to the bones in the region of nose and beside it. The maxillary sinus is an air containing space on either side of the nose. There is fracture of the inner wall of maxillary sinus with some bleeding within. In most cases this gets absorbed by itself without any problems.
