Resting Heart Rate Increased, Feels Heartbeat, Lumps In Throat

My heart resting heart rate has been over 100 beats per minute since last week and I can feel my heart beating in my sleep and its hard for me to sleep and im focused on my heart rate most of the day and I have this lump in my throat felling mostly all the time and and one night I woke gasping a little for breath which also happened to me today while I took a nap

hello , to my understanding , this lump could be your thyroid , which can cause both of your conditions , increased heart rate at rest as well as your grasping for breath. so if you follow my suggestion you should visit a endocrinologist surgeon asap .
