Results Show Abnormal Stress ECG, Mild Mitral Regurgitation. Normal?
With result Abnormal Stress ECG and follow by Echocardiogram result Mild Mitral Regurgitation . When refer to Cardiologist, he told my client he completely healthy without any further advise which I know patient in this condition need to be monitor .In fact the Cardiologist did mentioned Mild Mitral Regurgitation is normal and everybody has it. Is it true?
Abnormal stress ECG means that there is something wrong with your Heart's capability to cope up during exercise due to heart rhythm abnormalities or a blockade in the blood vessels supplying the heart and it requires further evaluation with stress echocardiogram or coronary angiogram to predict the future risk of heart attack. Mild mitral regurgitation is completely harmless but it does not mean that it is normal and present in all individuals...
My wishes for your quick recovery
