Rheumatism, Pain, Cold In Summer. Cure?

Hello my father got Rheumatism for years he tried every thing all most. he got pain on all his body, but the most thing that its annoying him he always cold even in summer time!! I do really appreciate it to provide advice or tell me what is the Cure for this problem? Thank you
