You have a high LDL and Triglycerides. You need to quit smoking and drinking alcohol at all costs. Stop eating junk food, pastries, colas, fried food, chips etc. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, more green leafy vegetables. Fish will help you the most as it reduced both Triglycerides an LDL. Exercise daily for 40 minutes by brisk walking. The right atrial enlargement can be due to many causes, such as alcohol, primary organic valve disorder, or just an incidental finding. You can review with your Doctor to get you examined for the causes and appropriate management.
Hi you are coronary risk so to avoid further complication u should reduce ur weight & cholestrol level so u have to exrcise daily by walking for 30-40 min & take a homoeopathy medicine tonicard 10-15 drops in water thrice a day.
