Right Ear And Lymph Infected After Ear Piercing, Back Skin Growing. Applied Cream, Wearing Plastic Earring. Should I Remove It ?
Hi i got my ear pierced 10 days ago. My right ear and lymph got infected and back skin started to grow and my gold earring got stuck inside. The doctor gave my 3 injection in the ear n removed the earring. Now i am wearing plastic earring and put antibacterial cream around. My question isshould i remove the earring as Dr said or let it go with plastic earring with regular cleaning

Welcome to HCM.It would be best to remove the plastic earring as any foreign body will further the infection in the body.once the ear has healed fully by using oral and local antibiotics,piercing may be done again after a few months.
