My right testicle is colder than my left but my right testicle is closer to my body and it doesn't hang normal. For visual reference it looks like if you took an egg and held it with your index finger and thumb, pointy side touching index finger bottom round on thumb then turn your hand 90 deg that's how it sits in my scrotum. I have right side stomach pain directly to the right (your left) of my belly button and back pain. My right testicle hurts both sharp and aching pain. Use to dance ballet professionally but longer due to this injury. I do have scoliosis but in my upper back between my shoulders. Have had EKG,xray,MRI done 3 months after the initial pain started and doctors have ruled out hernia but no other disgnosis. Ialso my right testicle has shrunk in size slightly. I know this personally as my right testicle use to be bigger. I am worried about testicular cancer.
