Ringing In The Ear, Dizziness On Eye Movement With Severe Tiredness And Flying Is Very Uncomfortable. Reasons?

I have frequent ear ringing, lightheadedness that gets worse with eye movement and get very tired to the point of falling asleep at the wheel. Flying is very painful in my ears. I occasionally hear a clicking sound in my ears or nose when I open/close my mouth or talk. It has been happening on and off for a few years, getting worse lately. Other symptoms are occasional eye jerking,

Hello,
YOu might be having serous otitis media.
You need to get done a ent check up to rule out any wax in the ears and then see for the condition of ear drums.
YOu can get done impedance audiometry to rule out fluid behind the ears (serous otitis media).
You may require antibiotic and decongestants
