Routine Urinalysis Shows Pus, Epithelial Cells. Routine Stool Test Shows Mucus, Pus Cells And Bacteria. Conclusion?
urine routine analysis shows pale yellow, colour acidic, pus cell 4-6/hpf, epithelial cells 8-10/hpf stool routine analysis shows greenish colour, consistency s.solid, mucus present, reaction alakaline ,pus cell 4-6/hpf, bacteria present (+). what could be the problem ? please help me doctor am suffering from past 2 and half month is it any STD am 26 year old men?

As of your details ,Urine show few pus cells with no bacteria so relates you having sterile pyuria the causes may be renal tuberculosis, gonoccal urethritis, C.trochomatis, leptospirosis or the common being is when you treated with antimicrobials
stool finding shows greenish colour may be of jaundice but you not given proper finding we can conclude it.
SO as of now you having UTI which get precipated with Sexual transmission which needs complete course of antibiotic. prophylatically daily or thrice administration of a single dos of TMP-SMX(80/400Mg), TMP alone(100 mg) or nitrofurantoin particularly effective. Norfloxacin and other fluoroquinolones have been used for prophylaxix
