Hello
Welcome in H.C.M.
I have gone through query regarding your running nose and popping of ear, some time it gets blocked and you got little relief by blowing your nose against close mouth and pinched nose.
I would like to say some times infection from nose and throat reaches via Eustachian tube ( tubular connection between ear and throat ) and giving rise to fullness in ear followed by ear ache and discharge. All this happens due to obstruction of Eustachian tube.
You are advice to take antibiotic, anti inflammatory, anti histaminic and decongestant to get relief from this condition. If you feel no get no response from this treatment than please contact your ent doctor for clinical evaluation and treatment.
With Regards.
