This is embarrassing, but I get really uncomfortable, excessive, stinky gas after I eat. I have tried eliminating gluten, and the problem persisted. It seems like it doesn t matter what I eat--white meat, dark meat, red meat, wheat, no wheat, sugar, no sugar, starch, no starch... I get gassy after a meal at least once a day. The time of day doesn t seem to matter, either. It has happened in the morning, afternoon, and night. It is so embarrassing, and I have started to exclude myself because I don t want to hold it in from the public and get a stomach ache. This has been going on for around a year now. Please help... is this even a digestive problem? How do I fix this?
