hi, i am experiencing similar problems, i noticed it 2 weeks ago after having sex with my girlfriend, for about 7 hours one night, yes we have unprotected sex,it was more than one scabs rug burns so to say but the others have healed but i still have the one below the head where the shaft is, it burns when i pull the foreskin back,it does not burn when i urinate but the residue urine burns when it come in contact with the affected area,
what can i do to make it go away please help

Hi, there is infection of the glans due to irosion or primary infection. I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have blood work for diagnosis and confirmation of the disease. Don't worry you will be fine with the treatment. Thank you.
