Scabbed Knee, Open Wound. Applied Peroxide, Band Aids, Neosporin. Left Big Black Scar. How To Remove?

I fell and scabbed my knee. There was an open wound. I took care of it with peroxide and kept the wound clean by applying band-aids with neosporin on it for quick healing.
Now 2months later my knee has a huge black shadow on the hurt area. By the way it did not scab, ever. It went from hurt open wound to big black scar! It's embarrassing when I wear skirts, help

You just do nothing, never try to remove the black covering it may cause something else ( Bleeding ) so do not touch it it will pill off it self, just leave it like this only, take care.
