I have had scalp psoriasis for 3 yrs and had psoriatic arthiritis attack in my knees last year. Since the attack, i have been taking Folivite 5mg and Folitrax 20mg and Shelcal HD till last month. Currently I am taking Sazo 1000 (twice a day) and Shelcal HD. My knees have recovered quite a bit now. I read about imp of Magnesium for brain and bones. Is Riconia Silver a good supplement for me?
