Hello welcome to health care magic In the query you mentioned about the findings of scan,,but what symptoms in you made to undergo this scan.. Adenomyosis is a condition in which endometrial tissue is present in the uterine cavity other than the normal place.. Depending upon the amount of tissue present there you may have symptoms ranging from slight pain during menses to severe abdominal cramps. you may use pain killers for that..Presence of small fibroid wont cause serious problem. Consult gynecologist for more suggestions hope you understand my suggestion Thank you Dr.siddartha
