Hi ive just recently been to havea private scan and have found a 3.85cm cyst near my left overy im really worried can microgynon shrink the cyst as I got told to go on this for 3 month and my hospital told me they found endometrium polyp and got referred to a hysteroscopy in a month but this was a wrong out come and gynecologist could not find any endometrial polyp only this large cyst
Hello, Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum. There is ovarian cyst and you are taking treatment for this as microgynon , good treatment . Now one scan say endometrium polyp , other say cyst . It is very difficult to say which report is correct . So upload the report and picture of scan over this site . After report we can evaluate exact nature of disease. 2nd point is consult another gynaecologist and get his opinion and deal accordingly. Good luck. Dr. HET
