Scan Showed Right Sided Facet Arthrosis. Medical Cure For This?
my scan reads c2-3 moderate right sided facet arthrosis is seen. There is mild right neural foraminal narrowing. C4-5 Severe disc space narrowing is seen with broad-based posterior disc osteophyte complex which effaces the CSF anterior to the spinal cord. Severe right and minor left sided neural foraminal narrowing is seen. C5-6 Severe disc space narrowing is present with broad based posterior disc osteophyte complex which effaces the CSF to the spinal cord. Mild left and moderate right neural foraminal narrowing is seen. C6-7 A minor disc bulge is present. No evidence of canal stenosis or neural foraminal narrowing. Mild osteoarthritis is seen at the left first costovertebral angle. impression: Severe disc space narrowing C4-5 and C5-6 with severe right sided neural foraminal narrowing at C4-5 and moderate right sided neural foramen narrowing at C5-6 What kind of treatment is out there thanks kc
