scan shows uterous is heterogenous in echo texture, irregular in contour and outline measuring 11.9 x 7.0 x 5.49cm. An ill defined cystic cavity in the endometrium measuring 1.12cm in the widest dimension and no fetal pole is seen within it. there is also a fibroid lesion in the anterior uterine wall measuring 2.26 x 1.30cm. what does all this mean?

The report suggest you have fibroiduterus with an empty fluid filled sac in endometrium(inner lining of uterus). Kindly put your age, menstrual history (cycle, duration af bleeding and amount, pain, regularity) and history of child birth and sex so that we can correlate if any problem and can have a detailed discussion on its further management and prevent any other complication.
