Without a fetal activity at 8weeks of pregnancy, the chances of this pregnancy being normal are almost zero. This may actually represent a missed abortion. Also, did the doctors note any growth over these two weeks? Is this scan being done by an expert or just someone who can not be fully trusted? If it has been done by a specialist, then please this is not normal and am afraid it may not progress normally. However, follow the drugs as prescribed and let s see what future scans suggest.
