Sciatica Pain, It Starts At Night, Relieve If Stretch Leg Or Go To Toilet. Suggestion?
I have suffered from sciatica pain for the past 3 or so years and have had many sessions with a variety of health professionals to help alleviate the pain. My pain is only at night (whilst trying to sleep) and seems to trigger initially 2 hours after going to sleep. I have to get out of bed, walk to the toilet (urinate) which reduces the intensity of the pain and will allow me to go back to sleep for a short while and then go through the same process. I seem to be able to releive (temporarily) the pain by stretching my leg (right side) which eases a little, but as soon as I go back to sleep it starts again. I think I am in the "too hard basket" - any ideas would be welcomed.
HI thank for asking to HCM It is really time to go for MRI test because you might not done it, it will also rule out the other possibility, yours is very typical symptoms, which is not correlated with the sciatica, if MRI turned negative then you have to keep your self anxiety free, else ready for psychiatric consultation, have nice day.
