Sebaceous Cysts Recurring. Abscess On Buttock. Loss Of Weight Due To Change In Diet. Advise)

I am having a problem with recurring sebaceous cysts under my skin. I've had 4 in the past 3 years. Two in the same location on my back, the first one was an abscess the second appeared a few days ago in the same spot. I had another removed in 2009 on my back and the fourth one on my buttocks which was lanced a month ago by my
PCP. I have a physical coming up in Dec but I would like your expert opinion on what health issues I may be faced
with. I have lost 18 lbs. in the past month due to change of diet. I follow the food pyramid exactly the way it is and I
do not eat or drink junk. Complex carbohydrates, low salt, low sugar, low fat. Little dairy. I do take prescription meds for high blood pressure, depression, acid reflux, furosemide. Please advise.
