Hello and welcome to HCM,
The presence of pus cells in semen indicates infection in the urogenital tract.
This infection has to be treated using antibiotics.
The interpretation of other findings in semen analysis are as follows:
1. Volume: A minimum of 2ml semen should be present in each ejaculate. In your case the volume is 3.5 ml and is within normal limits.
2. pH is alkalin, viscosity, liquefaction time are within normal limits.
3. Motility: Atleast 50 % of sperms should have rapid forward motion. In your report the progressive motility is only 40 %.
However, the semen analysis should be repeated after treating infection.
The sub-normal motility can be due to presence of infection.
4. Morphology: Atleast 50 % sperms should have normal morphology.
5. Sperm concentration: Sperm concentration should be atleast 20 million/ml of semen. In your report, the sperm conc is 98 million/ml which is within normal range.

There is evidence of infection.
You need to take antibiotic for the infection.
The semen analysis should be repeated after treating infection.

Thanks and take care
