Semen Analysis Done. What Does The Findings Suggest?
sir my name is sohail. on 19 oct 2013 my semen report result was as following:
sperm count = 15M
active sperm = 25%
sulgush = 35%
dead = 40%
rbc = nil
puss cell = 12-14
and i took homeopathic medicine for a month and after a month i again go to lab for semen test and nw the report is totaly different. sperm count is 3M and puss cell is 18-30 and rbc is 1-2 plz guide me.what to do

Though you have 55 M sperm cells/ ml, as you have dead cells 40% and with infection the rate of infertility is high. Mainly the infection could be of chlamydia and you should be getting treated for it.
