Hi,

your sperm analysis result is not normal. You have lower sperm count with less motile sperms.normal sperms count is also less.
presence of pus cells shows that there is some infection.

you need some blood test and urine test done. I advise you to consult your local treating doctor for further management as you have not mentioned any problem or symptoms.
