Semen Analysis Shows Pus Cells 6-8, Progressive Non Motility 20%, Total Sperm Count 48 Mill/cc. Is This Normal?
My semen Analysis report results as follows Volume: 4.0 ml Reaction :Alkaline Viscosity:Viscous Liquification time:45mins Pus cells:6-8/ HPF R B Cs :Nil/HPF epithical cells:Nil/HPF spermatogenic cells:2-4/HPF motility: progressive:High 05 moderate :10 Low :10% Non progressive :20% Non motile:55% Morphology: Normal:40% Abnormal:60% Total Sperm Count:48 mill/cc
your sperm analysis result is not normal. You have lower sperm count with less motile sperms.normal sperms count is also less. presence of pus cells shows that there is some infection.
you need some blood test and urine test done. I advise you to consult your local treating doctor for further management as you have not mentioned any problem or symptoms.
Wish for good health
