Semi Numbness In Toes After Wearing Heels Nonstop. Advice

I have been wearing heels nonstop for a few days and one of my toes feel semi numb. I can still feel it per say, but it's almost like the feeling is distant. I can bend it without problem. It just feels weird. Using Epsom salt and I have had my foot rubbed. What should I do? And what exactly is going on. Also just to give more info the heel inch was 3 1/2 inches and its a round closed toe heel.

Hello,
thanks for using health care magic.

The cause of your trouble is compression of neurovascular structures
that has lead to ischemia and or irritation of the nerve supplying the
toe region.
That should be no problem and should resolve within a couple of hours
or days.

First of all, you should avoid tight fitting shoes with high heels since its
a problem to you. Secondly continuously exercise the toe by moving it up
and down and in various direction to improve blood circulation.

You should feel better within a few hours or days.
Hope this helps you
