Sensation Of Something Stuck In Throat, Metal Under Skin. What Could It Be?

Hi, earlyer on today I found when I swallowed it felt like there was something stuck in my throat. Ikept trying to clear it but couldn't so I shone a tourch down my throat and I could see something. It almost looks like a bit on metal slightly under some skin. I've tried with a plastic straw to push it off but it's stuck. What could it be and what should I do?
