Hello,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
I had gone through your concern and understand your query.
I suspect you may have
Herpes simplex virus infection.
There is not much difference between HSV1 And HSV2.
The only difference is site of preference. HSV 1 usually associated with Orofacial herpes infection. HSV 2 is associated with Genital Infections.
But HSV 1 can enter the mucosa in genital and cause blisters and HSV 2 can enter in the mucosa in face.
HSV1 and HSV2 are very similar under microscope. It is very difficult to differentiate.
As for as HSV is concerned, New infection is not necessary for
HSV Blisters.
Because HSV usually persist after first infection in nerve cells and ganglia.
HSVs can be reactivated by illnesses such as colds and
influenza, eczema, emotional and physical stress, gastric upset, fatigue or injury, by
menstruation and possibly exposure to bright sunlight.
HSVs establish lifelong infection and it cannot be eradicated from the body.
However Antivirals like
Acyclovir can be used to reduce the severity and reduce the recurrence rates.
In addition to antivirals, You need to follow some
Keep the genitals and blisters clean and dry
Wear loose and cotton clothes
Wash hands regularly.Keeping your immune system at its full capacity is important for maintaining an outbreak-free lifestyle with herpes.
If you have pain and itching , you can take pain killers like tylenol and
anti histamines like cetirizine
It is very common genital disease. As it may relapse at any times, we cannot predict when it will recur. So understand the disease and coping up with Herpes is essential.
Try Relaxing activities like yoga and
meditation.
DO exercise regularly.
Eat healthy foods.
Hope this helps.
