Severe Stomach Cramps, Back Pain, Blood, No Gallbladder

about 3 hours a go I got really sick stomach cramped, lower back pain It hurt so bad i just about passed out. I did poop alittle but the pain was still there, I was just getting up and I ended up releasing blood on my underwear and some more in the toilet. I still have sever pain. I dont have a gallballader. What do you think it might be

-i would come up with two possibilities.

1.the first possibility is,RENAL STONES;confirm with ultrasound scanning for KUB

2.second possibility is,AMOEBIASIS;spot stool examination may confirm the diagnosis.
