Severe Bloating, Pain In Stomach And Burping After Eating Small Meal. Weightloss, Shortness Of Breath And Heart Palpations. Advice
I have been having these awful stomach symptoms for over a year now. I will am severely bloated around my ribs after eating a small meal. I constantly burp and my stomach constantly hurts. Sometimes I feel a shortness of breath and have heart palpitations. I have lost a lot of weight because I hate eating due to the pain. What could this be?
Have you visited the doctor in the past 1 year with regards to your symptoms? If the answer is no, please visit your doctor/ gastroenterologist as soon as possible.
Drink warm water at regular intervals. might help with the digestion. Avoid junk food, spicy or oily food. Avoid smoking /alcohol. Avoid tea, coffee or carbonated beverages. Eat smaller frequent meals. Regular exercise for 30 minutes a day for 5 days a week.

The problem could acidity related , peptic ulcer ,gall bladder pathology,etc. You might require a course of proton pump inhibitors like omeprazole or pantoprazole.
