Severe Body Pain, Lack Of Energy, Feeling Sleepy, Obesity. Treatment?
I have a full body pain. It is too much that sometime it is hard for me to do up and down. I don t get any energy to do any work. And most of the time it gets sleepy. And I feel it warm in my body but out of body it feels cool weather. And day by day I am getting fatty. As my weight is 58kg for 5 feet height. Also for more information my period is not regular.

It probably seems like you have either PCOD or Hypothyroidism.
Please get your thyroid profile done, as well as transvaginal ultrasound to look for cysts in the ovaries. You need to be managed accordingly.
