Hi there,
Thanks for your query.
Firstly, get yourself thoroughly evaluated by Allergy specialist, in order to pinpoint the culprit foods or environmental allergens responsible for chronic
urticaria. It is highly possible that you are allergic to some specific foods / beverages, nuts etc. A comprehensive allergy test will identify the culprit allergens. SIMPLE AVOIDANCE OF THESE FOODS WILL CURB YOUR URTICARIA.
Further, you may switch over from
allegra to a combination of Levoceterizine +
Montelukast +
Cimetidine combination twice daily.
Lastly, your symptoms are suggestive of an underlying, early stage of
Thyroid problem. A Thyroid hormone levels estimation will rule out/confirm this condition. Appropriate treatment will relieve you of all your problems.
Consult your doctor and apprise him of my opinion. I am certain that he will agree with me; order required tests, and- based on the reports- will prescribe suitable treatment as advised.
