Last october i notice blood in my stool . i am usually constipated ...and for almost two weeks now ive had alot of mucos in my stool with small blood spots and abdominal cramps . also, going to the bathroom has become urgent. recently i have a stabbing pain under my right breast . i am always tired and my head feels heavy. i have no energy.

You mighft be suferring from Dysentry.Get your Stool Examination done.Tab Oflomac200mg+Ornidazole 500mg twice daily,Tab Rabemac DSR OD Daily Before break fast and Tab Meftal Spas BD twice daily after food.Avoid Spicy food have soft and bland diet
