Severe Head Pain During Nights, Vomiting, Drowsiness, Frequent Urination. Sonography Of Abdomen Normal. Is It Tumor?

Hi, I am 24 (female) and from past 3 months have been suffering from head pain which gets severe during night time...feel vomitting....drowsiness..... frequent urination ( about 10-12 times or more can t remember) , i can t remember things the way i did earlier....have become moody....d pain in d head is strong when i sleep....entire back of d head as well as the upper part feels a striking pain.....i had my full abdomen & pelvic sonography but everythings normal......Can it be tumor? or something else?

This may be just a migranous headache but CT head is must just to rule out any other pathology
