Severe Headache, Dizzy, Cant Stand Straight Too Long. Taking All Kinds Of Inflammatory Drugs. Advise?

Hi Doctor,
I am suffering from one side headach about a year now. I have been taking all kinds of inflammatoris drugs and none of them work for me. I always feel dizzy, tires, and can't stand straight too long. If I do, I feel dizzy and fainting, so I have to move myself around. The pain would start from my lower head just above my neck and go up to my head. Its burning pain. I am not sure this is a kind of migraine or tension headach that I am having now. Please advise what should I do and what kind of medicine I should try.

Anti-inflammatory drug wont work here you will have to take the analgesic tab. instead,, one more thing I would like to advise you that, it is better to find out the underlying cause of headache, because feeling dizzy with headache should be investigated CT imaging is the way get it don, and take care of your self have nice day.
