Severe Headache Started With High Fever, Shortness Of Breath. Have Bronchitis, Migraine. Any Thoughts?

I have been sick for two weeks, short of breath, and have bronchitis, but also have a severe headache. I am a chronic migraine patient, but these headaches are different. Started out with a high fever of 102 and ran fever of 101 for about a week. I still feel fatigued and out of breath. What do you think it could be?
