Hi, Welcome to HCM, After going through your history, headache could be organic or vascular headache like some type of migraine, Other differential is eye related cause(ophthalmic). You should consult a Neurologist and Ophthalmologist to detect the cause and treatment depends on cause. Investigation may include complete eye check up for refractive error and eye pressure,CT scan and/or MRI of brain to detect any pathology including SOL(space occupying lesion). If everything is fine then you neurologist may give treatment like analgesics and if headache is frequent then preventive therapy for migraine may be useful. Hope this is useful to you and helps you to take appropriate action. Take Care. Good Luck. Dr.Akhilesh Dubey M.D.
