Hello,
Your doctor says that surgery is successful and you do not have ear discharge--that is good ,and so need not worry much.
For ear itching which you have could be because of---
Fluid behind your ear drums ,which could occur because of nasal infections ,so take care of that and you can take antihistaminics and decongestant tablets and if it is severe then nasal decongestant drops will help.
Itching could also be because of irritation from ear drops if you are using it consult your doctor and try to avoid them
Get well soon.
