Severe Joint Pain, Suffering From Diabetes, High BP. Prescribed Amaryl, Olmesar. Cure?

i have been suffering from diabetics from past three years n and also high blood pressure form so many years n now im consultind a cardio diabetalogist.These r some of the medicines Volibo 0.3 both morning and night, Amaryl 2 mg both morning and night,Olmesar H 40 and Fibator. Now its normal but i have a very bad bone and joint pain can you tell me why n remedies...?
