Suggest Treatment For Severe Joint Pain, Nausea, Lower Back Pain And High BP
Hello Dr. Andrew , I have be in a large amount of severe joint pain all over that started sudden on this past tuesday afternoon along with nausea, lower back pain, as well as I kept getting pale and my blood pressure was elevated. I have been having salt cravings for the last two weeks to the point where I just want to eat salt. Im also very fatigued all the time and get a little dizzy at times. I also Have notice that I seem confused at times and lose my train of thought more often now. I went to the er and they did pretty much nothing for me, I am concerned about what this could be. I am still haveing all the same symptoms with little to no change. I did have blood work done and MPV and IMM grain was high. Im not sure what that really means. Thank you for your time Terri Thank you for your time.
I think you should get further evaluated doing a total blood count with formula, urine analysis and abdominal, kidneyultrasound. Your symptoms may be caused by kidney stones or infection also. The blood pressure may also be increased by pain.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
