Severe Muscle Pain, Difficulty In Movement. What Could Be This?

Good morning,
For two weeks I have had severe deep muscle pain under my rt.buttock spreading down the back of my thigh, almost as far as my knee.It is agony getting into or standing up from a sitting position and have to support myself holding onto something to support myself.I can no longer lean forward or stoop to pick something up.

Please could you suggest what the problem is.I do not partake in any sports.

Hello,

There are big group of muscles in that area.
Any muscle spasm or injury is most likely.
Sacroiliitis is one condition which will present like this.
Lastly sciatica due to radiating nature of the pain.
Consult an orthopedician of management.
