Hi,I am 28 years old (female...40 kgs weight)suffering with neck pain since last six months. I was consulted opthomologist and neurophysision..opthomologist says eyes are perfect ..then I was consulted neurophysision ..they were done EEG , Vitamin D3 blood test and MRI neck...in the findings MRI and EEG are normal..vitamind3 diffeciency is there...continuesly I was taken vitamin d3 and methycobalmine and pregabalin capsules from last 3 months..presently I am suffering with headache ,giddiness ,vertigo...what is the problem please suggest your valuable answer..

you are suffering with cervical spondylitis.please consult ortho surgeon.do not use pillow. .please do rest for few days,hot fomantation,apply some analgesic cream..do not massage.you will be improved shortly.it is advisable to get x-ray done ofneck.one tab ibuprofen 400 mg twice daily is good .to control vertigo phusiotherapy is must,,do it,if using computer --try to take rest for neck--hourly,do neck movements.
