Severe Pain At The Right Of Abdomen, CT Scan Shows Ruptured Right Ovarian Follicle, PCOS. Suggestions?

My CT Scan report shows Ruptured right ovarian follicular cyst. Both ovaries are bulky with multiple cysts within as a result of Polycystic ovarian disease . Small right iliac adenopathy. Regression in size of the adenopathy as compared to the previous CT study dated 29/03/2012. And i have severe pain in the right side of my abdomen .
