Hello Deepu.
Welcome to HCM and thanks for posting your query here.
Your complaints are Pain in the right rib cage and radiating to back, endoscopy and ultrasound with no abnormality except for mild acidity, which is not relieved with medications.
How about the lungs? any cough or fever or breathing difficulty is there? a simple chest X-ray will give you a clue on the lung pathology and a skeletal problem also can be ruled out. Lung pathologies like pneumonia or lung lobe consolidation or infection in the pleural membranes called pleuritis, or a missed rib fracture could be a cause for the pain in the right rib cage.
Please get an x-ray which will help you in finding the cause.
Hope this information is helpful to you.
Thankyou
