Severe Pain In Face, Cheekbone On Left Side Of Face. Radiates To Temple. What Is It ?

I have sever pain in my face. My cheekbone on the left side of my face. It radiates up to my temple and around the back of my ear. It also hurts in my jaw. The roof of my mouth is starting to really hurt as though I've burnt it but I haven't. I think it's swollen too. I worried that it's my teeth but maybe my sinuses. It's driving me crazy. It's so painful.

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

Roof of the mouth swollen and burning sensation and pain in left side of face, ear, jaw refers to some infection in roof and radiating pain to all mentioned places. Take antiinflamatory drug like Paracetammol 650 mg, do salt water gargle, if infected(after examination) start antibiotic. It may be due to your tooth or due to any gland infection. If any pus is formed then need to be drained so consult your doctor for examination and management.
