Severe Pain In Head, Neck, Upper Back And Legs, Constant Sweating. What Could Be This?

I suffer from severe pain in my head/neck/upper back/hips/and legs along with constant sweating. I'm 35 years old and my Dr thinks I have fibromyalgia. For the last few days I have been having acsevere sharp shooting pain in my neck and it goes ho the back of my head and then resolves in a few minutes while I am having a bowel movement. It us so severe that I think I am going to die when it happens. Also I am not constipated so I don't need to push very hard. Do you have any ireacwhat might be causing this latest pain?

Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,
Based on the details of sever sharp shooting pain in neck that goes to head and occurred while straining (bowel movement) need to rule out cervical disc or other structural lesion.

You should consult neurologist for clinical examination and MRI cervical spine to know the structural lesion at spine.

Hope this will help you
