Severe Pain In Lower Right Side, Feeling Of Lump Travelling Up Right Side. Have Chronic Diarrhea, Constant Stomach Cramps. Suggest
I suffer from chronic diarrhea, constant stomach cramps for as long as I can remember. What is annoying me now is that I take a severe pain in my lower rightside,to relieve the pain I have to push on the side after a while the pain subsides but I always notice a lump travel up my rightside?? have you any ideas on this? thanks
Hi, If I were your treating doctor for this case of mild pain on the right side I would come up with three possibilities , these includes. 1 Appendicular ( chronic inflammation of appendix develops swelling call as lump). Get in physical examination by a surgeon and confirm it . 2 May be due to amoebic colitis. As you stated that you feels & push the side for pain relief ,so this may be a palpable colon ( large intestine) , also requires physical examination by a physician. 3 May be pain of fallopian tube ,if you are a FEMALE patient as you didn't mention the gender. However most probable cause is intestine related, so get in ultrasound of lower abdomen to find out the reason of pain . Good luck. Dr. HET
