Severe Pain In Shoulders, Groin And Wrists Due To 10.5 Uric Acid, Sleeplessness, Fatigue. No Help From Aluopurin. Any Other Remedy?

I have account or 10.5 uric acid which is the cause of my pain in the shoulders, groin & wrists I have been put ona daily dose of 100mg of aluopurin but it is not having the desired effect, I can barely sleep 3 hrs at night & I feel so weak & drained out that it is like a dead man walking besides the medicine what are the other measures to control this & get rid of the severe pain

Thank you for posting your question here, I will try to answer it to the best of my abilities.

Besides taking alloupriol have you changed your diet at all? If you havent I recommend you to talk to your doctor about what dietary changes you need to take.
Other than this you can increase your vitamin C intake, drink more coffee and eat cherries, these have shown to help gout patients.

For the pain you can ask your doctor to prescribe you with NSAIDs or cochicine.
