Severe Pain In Stomach And Lower Abdomen, Bloating. Took TUMS, Pepto Bismol. What Is The Cure?

This morning i woke up and about 30 minutes later i started feeling severe pain in my stomach and lower abdomen , I tried to eat and see if it helped but then i just felt bloated and the pains got a little tiny bit worse , i tried to hold a hot water bottle on it for a while and it seemed to help at first but it was only temporary . I took TUMS and Pepto bismol and nothing has helped it hurts to stand straight and stretch and the worste is walking down stairs . Im 15 , Female , 9lbs please help me :(

NEED TO HAVE METRONIDAZOLE SHORT COURSE AND PLENTY OF FLUIDS WITH ANTACID GEL
AND LOW PROTEIN DIETS
GET GASTROENTEROLOGIST CONSULTATION FOR FURTHER MANAGEMENT
USE ANTISPASMODIC TAB SOS FOR PAIN
