Severe Pain In The Shoulders, Numbness In The Arm. Need A Remedy
hello. For the past few days I have beedhaving pain in my shoulders. It started on the left shoulder and shoulder blade. Moved to both yesturday and now is at the left shoulder and blade. I have some numbness on th left arm as well. I ve bee using a heating pad and soaking in hot bathes as well as hot showers to releave the pain. Please advise of what I can do. thank you

I am happy to address your questions, i feel it more related to either spine or muscle related problem. In any case, heat would help because it helps the muscles relax. You may take some skeletal muscle relaxants with analgesics which will help relieve the spasm and pain.
But still confirmation of disease requires X-ray to be taken.
Treatment is exercise .
So consult orthopedic doctor for guidance.
