Severe Pain While Sleeping, Lower Abdominal Pain, Difficulty Breathing. Cure For Pain?
I am having severe pains in the mornings and at nights when Im going to bed. I cant sleep on my back nor my stomach , sometimes on my sides. the pain in the lower abdominal of my stomach. i can barely breathe. Im scared to go to the hospital because I dont have insurance and I think they going to charge me way out of my budge.
Dear sir, never underestimate your symptoms cause of not having insurance. If you were in my country you could do any of procedure or diagnostic test for free. But lets go back to the point. Your symptoms sounds like typical gastritis or GERD. In these disorders pain is usually more severe when lying and after eating specific food. This breathing problem associated with that kind of pain could mean that you suffer from hiatus hernia( your stomach is pushing your lungs). You should try avoiding coffee, alcohol and fast food and see is it gonna be better after it. If not then you need some of antiacid medicines and to do gastroscopy no matter how much it cost because it is the only way to find the right diagnosis. If notice blood vomiting or black stool and paing associated with fever and chills go to ER immediately.
Wish you good health, Dr. Ivan Romic (Rominho)
